Serving Clients In The Spirit Of Aloha
Put Our Competitive Spirit to Work For You
A full-time resident of Kona, Hawaii, attorney Jeffrey Foster has devoted his professional life to helping people recover fair and just compensation against corporations and insurance companies. He has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of those injured and financially harmed as a result of auto automobile, trucking, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian, and boating crashes; and virtually every other type of negligent and reckless act(s).
Jeff also represents victims of insurance misconduct and bad faith. Beginning in 2018, Jeff represented dozens of Big Island homeowners in bad faith lawsuits against one of the largest insurance companies in the world (Lloyds of London). These lawsuits were filed after Lloyds refused to pay claims arising out of the eruption of the Kilauea Volcano. As of 2022, over 20 cases have been resolved with homeowners receiving millions in compensation.
Before attending law school, Jeff played college basketball. He was awarded first team All-Conference and All-American during his senior year. After receiving offers to play professional basketball overseas, Jeff decided instead to switch his focus to becoming a lawyer. He attended Seattle University School of Law on a Trustee Law Scholarship.
In August 2003, Jeff established Foster Law Offices in Seattle, Washington. He founded his practice shortly after a close family member suffered a serious brain injury in a rollover motor vehicle crash.
After representing the family member in the injury claim arising out of the crash, Jeff learned firsthand how an insurance company treats a victim. The case was resolved successfully, but the imprint left in Jeff’s mind continues to fuel his competitive spirit to ensure that Foster Law clients achieve the best possible results in their Hawaii personal injury case.
Justice for Hawaii Residents and Visitors
A victim who has suffered an injury in a automobile or other crash has one opportunity to obtain the financial compensation she/he is eligible to receive under Hawaii law. When settling a case, an insurance company will not pay any money to a victim without the victim signing a “release”. A release is a legal agreement in which the victim receives compensation in exchange for an agreement to give up (release) any and all claims – past, present and future – against the parties responsible for the harm.
Foster Law focuses on a small caseload so you receive the time and attention needed to obtain justice, and the maximum compensation available under Hawaii law. From the initial consultation to the resolution of your case, you are our focus. If we select your case for representation, rest-assured that we will be laser focused on delivering the justice you deserve.
